I Got My Back… Back?

It’s been 2 weeks since my back procedure. It’s been… weird.

Like I’m still a little achy, but

1. it’s not lightening strikes tearing down my legs and stealing my breath,

2. it’s so minimal that I’m surprised when I feel it, and

3. back pain is part of my adenomyosis, so…

I’m also surprised when I realize I’m moving at a normal speed and I’m not dying?

Bodies are stupid.
