RIP My Personal Instagram Account (2017-2023)
If you’ve followed my personal Instagram (@daeshii), then you know that I closed/deleted that account today. The interaction just wasn’t there, something I noticed not only in the severe decrements (is that a word?) of my own posting but in truth, most of my friends.
Honestly, I think most of us are tired of places like Facebook and Instagram, because we miss the actual connection many of us felt on Xanga.
Because, if I continue this honestly, I feel like what we had, what we shared, is a faded, pressed flower now. This is how most of us met. This is how we created our own little community. This is why the heartstrings between us still twinge.
